If you haven’t heard, the Federal Government’s HomeBuilder scheme is now available and offering a $25,000 cash grant for new home builds and renovations.
We’ve had a lot of questions come through regarding how best to utilise this, and our team has been working alongside contractors, builders, and architects to make the most of it within the short timelines required.
Maximise your space…
If you have done your research, you’ll have noticed that time is of the essence here. Not only is the grant is eligible for contracts entering between 04/06 - 31/12, but the work must start within 3 months of the contract date. That means that you need your documentation in order, which includes council approvals, building contracts, occupation certificates, and evidence of land value- not to mention your project proposal and design (which happens to be our specialty).
